From our foundation 15 years ago in Kansai area we have been dealing
with rental properties.
Since we opened our Tokyo branch one year ago, we are targeting
foreigners who visit Japan by providing short-term furnished apartments
and long-term rentals.
For foreign investors who are interested in properties in Japan, we can
introduce investment properties, arrange finance for purchase and
provide the subsequent property management for an effective investment. Furnished Short-term Apartment Rentals We currently also provide furnished apartments for short and middle-term for business users and tourists. Our apartments are conveniently located in the center of Tokyo, are more reasonably priced than hotels and are extremely popular. Long-term Rentals for Foreigners Sometimes it is more difficult for foreigners to rent an apartment than Japanese. One example, many apartments require Japanese guarantor which normally is a member of the family or employing company. We solve this problem and many others to enable foreigners a smooth rental of nice apartments. For foreign investors Legally there is no restrictions on real estate acquisition in Japan for foreigners. However, the actual procedure is quite complicated apart from any language difficulties. We are one of a select few real estate agents offering solutions and assisting foreigners to acquire Japanese properties. We support foreign investors from introduction of prime real estate with low country risks and high investment returns to the property management.
