Yes. You can fill out the request form online to make a reservation from overseas. Moreover, making a reservation by e-mail, telephone, or skype is also possible. We ONLY accept your Reservation with in 30days. |

Sure. We understand that living in a different country is very difficult for you sometimes. We have an English version of the Metro map, City map, and more. Please feel free to ask any questions about living in Tokyo. |

I think my plane will arrive very late at night. Can I still pick up the key? |

Our office hours are from 10:00am to 6:00pm. If you would be late, we recommend you to stay at a hotel for 1 night, and to come back during the our office hours. |

When I do NOT feel well, what should I do ? |

If you are in an emergency situation, Call 119 for an ambulance. In other cases, we can find the nearest Hospitals for you. |

Where is your office located? |
|
Our office is located in near the Omotesando station. Please take Ginza-Line, Hanzomon-Line or Chiyoda-Line to get to the Omotesando station. It is about 2 minutes walk from these stations. Please bring the map when you visit. |
